Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Remote Call Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries and provide support for the MyChart Patient Portal
• Navigate Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) to assist with patient inquiries and maintain patient privacy as per HIPAA guidelines
• Support hospital marketing efforts through referrals and event registrations while ensuring accurate data entry

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Must reside within the Greater St. Louis area
• Ability to manage high volumes of customer contacts effectively
• Commitment to providing high levels of customer service
