Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Remote Call Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries and provide support for the MyChart Patient Portal
• Navigate Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) to assist with patient inquiries and ensure accurate data entry
• Communicate professionally and maintain patient privacy and security in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• Availability to work until 6 PM
• Preferred candidates should reside in the Greater St. Louis area
