Remote Call Center Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the full-time Remote Call Center Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants while managing communication and scheduling for program-related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
- Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing comprehensive information about the program and answering questions
- Conduct daily phone outreach and occasional email communication to inform patients about study activities and schedule appointments
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
