- Exceeding member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety
- Processing member requests for roadside assistance
- Keeping members informed of the status and progress of their requests
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Initial onsite training
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations
- Ability to utilize available resources to provide excellent member service
- Ability to remain at a computer for extended periods of time
