Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Shift Supervisor (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational performance and agent performance
- Monitor Triage and Nurse Advice Line teams to ensure operational metrics are met
- Oversee staffing, queue assignments, and communication during shifts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with RingCentral preferred
