Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Shift Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational performance and agent performance
  • Monitor Triage and Nurse Advice Line teams to ensure operational metrics are met
  • Oversee staffing, queue assignments, and communication during shifts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with RingCentral preferred
