Job Summary

Seeking an experienced remote Call Center Supervisor for a seasonal full-time position who will supervise and coach Customer Service Representatives to achieve productivity and service level goals while working from home.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and timeliness of work
  • Ensure compliance with call center objectives and provide guidance on best practices
  • Participate in hiring processes and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
