Job Summary
Managing daily operations and overseeing a team of associates, the full-time Remote Call Center Supervisor will ensure productivity, implement improvement plans, and maintain quality customer service while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of associates, including selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and ensure teams meet production goals
- Conduct operational training for new hires and maintain compliance with industry regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience with at least one year of management experience
- Expert knowledge of laws and regulations governing the industry is highly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
