Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervising the team members, identifying and addressing developmental issues, and coaching opportunities
  • Delivering regular and timely coaching and feedback to the team members to enhance performance
  • Being responsible for the delivery of the KPIs of the immediate team

Required Skills:

  • Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to analyze reporting
  • Hands on employee development skills with a proven success record of coaching
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft applications
