Job Summary
A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and supervising a team of agents
- Identifying, monitoring and articulating reporting requirements
- Preparing, developing and conducting performance evaluations
Required Skills:
- Must live in AZ, UT, or ID
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- Proficient on MS Office Suite, Workforce Management programs
- Must have work at home experience leading remote teams
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels within the organization
