Job Summary

Facilitating high-energy virtual instructor-led training sessions, the full-time Remote Call Center Trainer will support new hire training and skills improvement for a call center hub while working remotely during Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate engaging vILT sessions to enhance the new-hire experience
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend curriculum adjustments
  • Create and update training materials, including job aids and assessments
Required qualifications
  • Recent experience in leading live virtual training sessions as the primary facilitator
  • Experience in a high-volume operations environment, such as a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work during Central Time business hours
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
