Job Summary
Facilitating high-energy virtual instructor-led training sessions, the full-time Remote Call Center Trainer will support new hire training and skills improvement for a call center hub while working remotely during Central Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging vILT sessions to enhance the new-hire experience
- Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend curriculum adjustments
- Create and update training materials, including job aids and assessments
Required qualifications
- Recent experience in leading live virtual training sessions as the primary facilitator
- Experience in a high-volume operations environment, such as a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Office
- Able to work during Central Time business hours
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
