Job Summary
A digital marketing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Upselling Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Place primarily outbound product awareness calls to customers introducing them to program(s) and Upselling
- Perform data entry of home warranty contract and information into the computer system
- Encourage upsell of current contract holders such as upgrades, additional options and/or properties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Must have reliable internet and must be able to work 40 hours per week
- 2-3 years of sales experience and/or training required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sales techniques
