Job Summary
A care call center is in need of a Remote Call Center Veterinary Information Specialist .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responding to calls coming through on the Pet Poison Helpline
- Assisting pet owners with questions and emergency situations
- Triaging cases and providing accurate health and safety information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years as veterinary support staff
- Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
- Microsoft Office and common software skills
