Remote Call Centers Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A healthcare service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Centers Pharmacy Technician.

Must be able to:

• Establish relationships with clients and medical professionals
• Receive and triage incoming phone calls and messages to handle questions, refill orders or other service requests
• Resolve adjudication failures so that local pharmacies can process claims

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma (Required); Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (Required)
• Work nights and alternating weekends with other Pharmacy Technicians
• Must be registered with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy (Required)
