Job Summary

A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Call Handling Customer Service Representative in Ocala.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Communicating in a professional, positive and courteous manner with all clients, callers
  • Applying personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality to callers
  • Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and security as it pertains to clients

Position Requirements Include:

  • Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Excellent sense of accuracy
  • Type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard and mouse
