Job Summary
A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Call Handling Customer Service Representative in Ocala.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating in a professional, positive and courteous manner with all clients, callers
- Applying personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality to callers
- Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and security as it pertains to clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend all mandatory Team Member meetings
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Excellent sense of accuracy
- Type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard and mouse
- Excellent Attendance
