A marketing services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Intelligence Platform Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Promoting a "customer-first" environment
  • Becoming a platform and marketing technology expert
  • Responding to email and inbound phone support from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Minimum 1 year working in SaaS, software, or web content/development
  • Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and VLookup
  • Experience using and supporting APIs and webhooks
