A marketing services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Intelligence Platform Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Promoting a "customer-first" environment
- Becoming a platform and marketing technology expert
- Responding to email and inbound phone support from customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
- Minimum 1 year working in SaaS, software, or web content/development
- Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and VLookup
- Experience using and supporting APIs and webhooks
