A marketing services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Intelligence Platform Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Responding to email and inbound phone support from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum 1 year working in SaaS, software, or web content/development
Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables and VLookup
Experience using and supporting APIs and webhooks
