Job Summary
A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Call Resolution Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers & identifying the type of assistance the customer needs
- Owning problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time or through comprehensive and timely documentation
- Asking appropriate questions & listening actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology
- 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of experience working in the health care industry
- 1+ years of experience working in a Call Center
