Job Summary

A company that provides critical health and human services programs to state, federal, and local governments has a current position open for a Remote Call Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Protecting the healthcare privacy of Veterans by strictly following HIPAA regulations
  • Receiving calls from Veterans with a variety of questions regarding COVID 19 vaccinations
  • Following processes of the Client program and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner.

Position Requirements Include:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with data-entry related to reasonably complex information such as medical records.
  • Proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office
  • Good typing skills for entry of data efficiently.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience
  • Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
