A company that provides critical health and human services programs to state, federal, and local governments has a current position open for a Remote Call Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Protecting the healthcare privacy of Veterans by strictly following HIPAA regulations
- Receiving calls from Veterans with a variety of questions regarding COVID 19 vaccinations
- Following processes of the Client program and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner.
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with data-entry related to reasonably complex information such as medical records.
- Proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office
- Good typing skills for entry of data efficiently.
