Job Summary
A real estate software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Calling Client Concierge in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Act as the first point of contact for all leads
- Learn and utilize scripts that help determine key information
- Identify readiness and take appropriate action based on if the lead is ready to speak with our client
