Job Summary
A non profit company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Campaign Program Chief.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting, developing, and coaching managers
- Providing sound strategic advice to Executive Director
- Managing the overall team budgets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be willing to travel domestically for up to 25% of their time
- At least 5-7 years of experience managing people and programs
- Strong preference for someone with at least 2-3 years of digital organizing experience
- Proven success in managing strategic goal-setting and work planning
- Strong listening skills and a track record of inclusive decision-making
- Strong public speaking skills and a track record of good judgment
