Job Summary

An information technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Campus Connectivity Support Specialist IV.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interface with end users, Government & team-mates & sub-contractors to develop & implement inside-plant cabling solutions
  • Support inside & outside plant building-to-building connectivity for non-standard locations such as hydroelectric stations, parks, locks, etc
  • Monitor and resolves service issues, and provide guidance and status updates regarding potential future impacts

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a related Technical Discipline and six years related experience
  • OR High School and eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance
