Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Cancer Center Research Quality Assurance Specialist III in Rochester.
Must be able to:
- Develop, implement and evaluate the performance of protocol processes and programs
- Assist with development, review and update of department/division materials and review of processes
- Create measurement tools, system design and standard reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a research, medical or complex administrative setting
- Experience in quality management or quality assurance methodologies
- Experience in educating or training or equivalent
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have the capacity to comprehend complex structures and connections
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations under pressure
