A software company has an open position for a Remote Cancer Registry Abstractor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining weekly abstracting productivity benchmark
- Completing concurrent QA process and project ramp up reviews
- Maintaining all Service Level Agreements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Maintains certification and NCRA membership
- Active Certified Tumor Registrar and active membership in the national or local cancer registrar association
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of 2018 and 2021 data collection requirements from all standard setters
- Extensive experience with STORE and AJCC Staging
- Proficient with various cancer registry software systems (Metriq, ERS, Oncolog, cNext, Rocky Mountain)
