A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Remote Cancer Registry Data Abstractor in Largo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing timely abstraction of assigned cases
- Reviewing medical records to abstract information
- Completing edit checks and make appropriate changes on a timely basis
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Computer skills, including data input, Meditech and other required software
- Knowledge of disease index and pathology reports
- Ability to submit data monthly to the appropriate State Central Cancer Registry
