Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Cancer Screening Patient Coordinator in Redwood City.
Must be able to:
- Receive and respond to telephone, email as well as web inquiries
- Document all triage and follow up activities
- Monitor patient information and result tracking in Salesforce.com
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience required with healthcare, medical terminology, and interacting with patients
- High school diploma, or its equivalent required
- Strong ability towards teamwork that is comprised of patients, colleagues, contractors, and leaders
- Flexibility to multitask and take on various projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
