Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Candidate Engagement and Process Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring a strong pipeline of high quality, engaged talent
• Providing strategic input to insure continuous improvement in this function
• Providing unique training on the new company's values and mission

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing a care or call center with high volume processing; RPO background is a plus
• Exposure to business intelligence tools; track record of identifying trends and finding the hidden “jewels”
• A team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to work well in a dynamic, high velocity environment
• All other technical requirements necessary for this position
