Job Summary
A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Candidate Talent Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Identify, attract, and engage with top talent for various job openings across the organization
- Create campaign sequences to message candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews determining if candidates are qualified for the requisition
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field or at least 3 years of relevant related experience
- 1+ years of sourcing, recruiting, or recruiting coordination experience
- Experience with Greenhouse (preferred), Lever, or an ATS
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
