Job Summary

A technology and services company is in need of a Remote Cannabis Business Development Health and Wellness Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and articulating a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory
  • Setting sales KPIs and Metrics/Quotas and train/coach team members on that strategy
  • Leading and attending meetings with Finance, Marketing, Sales Leaders, FBR team, and staff 1:1s

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to connect and build relationships with executives with the goal to sell $60,000 - $125,000 retained executive search
  • Experience using CRM systems like Hubspot
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience in Recruiting and/or executive search
  • Experience in Health and Wellness, Cannabis, Food and Beverage, Tobacco, Pharma
  • 10+ years experience with high ticket sales
