Job Summary

An ecomerce cannabis provider is filling a position for a Remote Cannabis Ecommerce Agile Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and supporting full Agile transformation roll-out
  • Leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies
  • Providing Agile Leadership coaching and training

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in technology organizations
  • 3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience
  • Hands-on experience applying lean/Agile methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices
  • Ability to lead technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies
