Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through stellar client service
• Maintaining client data lists
• Testing new product features and provide recommendations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a technical support role
