Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Capacity Planning Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and reporting historical data and trends
- Partnering with Vendor Management to develop weekly and long-range capacity plans per partner
- Participating in contact volume forecasting and planning (call, chat, email)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience with workforce management software
- 2+ years call center experience in a workforce management environment, and/or other analyst role
- 1+ year Forecasting experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
- Ability to prepare and present reports accurately and well within the time frame specified
