Remote Capex Operations Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Capex Operations Manager will manage capital project execution processes, provide operational support, and coach Project Coordinators to enhance project delivery and compliance across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead PMO systems and procedures to ensure consistent capital project delivery
• Manage onboarding and training for new Project Managers and Project Coordinators
• Conduct project file audits and operational health checks to improve quality and compliance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of SAP experience
• Experience in PMO operations, project operations, or capital portfolio management
• Basic understanding of SQL/databases
• Background in finance, purchasing, and accounts payable/receiving
• Strong project governance and process management capability
