Job Summary

A company that specializes in providing clean energy solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Capital Markets Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Running financing processes to find and secure sources of capital that are the best fit for the company’s goals
• Gathering consensus and understanding internal requirements, constraints and preferences then negotiate terms and conditions of financings to those parameters
• Providing the development team advice on anticipated terms of financings and assist in the development, pricing and origination of new renewable energy projects

Required Skills:

• Experience managing internal deal teams as well as external consultants and lawyers to a deadline
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to convey ideas and positions clearly
• Proven track record of successful project finance closings
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and computer skills
• An understanding of how financing contract terms and conditions influence economics and Company’s business model
• A positive attitude, highly motivated and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork, respect and integrity
