Job Summary
A mortgage services company has an open position for a Remote Capital Markets Lock Desk Analyst II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Update and maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Monitor best effort locked loan pipelines and take appropriate actions
- Oversee detailed, accurate monthly and daily reporting of all lock related activity
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 years of Secondary Markets experience
- High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Must accept coaching and constructive criticism
- Possess proficient computer skills
- Must be data driven and analytical
