Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Capital Planning and Project Execution Finance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Review and approve balance sheets
- Conduct other special financial and business studies
- Participate and lead client project finance reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 yrs related expereince
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to forecast and prepare budgets
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial information and transactions
- Strong computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
