Job Summary
A provider of real estate management services has a current position open for a Remote Capital Planning Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing the asset assessment program
- Assisting the client in ongoing capital project planning
- Conducting asset condition assessments
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in relevant field such as civil, mechanical, electrical , building science or engineering
- 5 to 10 years of capital planning work experience
- Thorough understanding of the principles of asset assessment and building science
- Thorough knowledge of the American Society for Testing and Materials Practice E2018-01
- Highly skilled at conducting building condition assessments
- Seasoned in providing cost estimates for maintenance, replacement and repair of building components
