Job Summary

A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Capture Management Executive Director .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Orchestrate, coach, and mentor your Capture Team
• Lead a team of Capture Managers and oversee their Capture efforts
• Develop acquisition shaping objectives

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline or one of the Sciences, or equivalent preferably and Engineering degree
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in successfully leading the capture of large ($75M+) pursuits with classified DoD and IC customers
• Knowledge of and strong contacts within Federal Civilian agencies to facilitate the development of strategic teaming relationships
