Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Carbon Black Customer Training Solutions Architect.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and computer-based training
- Developing solution labs and toolkits, best practices and architectural references
- Presenting company vision, strategy and product roadmaps to customer and partner executives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a solution architect
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the Carbon Black solution suite
- Knowledge of endpoint operating systems Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS
- Experience in Incident Response across various Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc)
- Experience in related technologies such as patch management, configuration management, etc
- Understanding of common business security requirements
