Job Summary
A materials and commodities company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Carbon Credits Trader in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Trade International Carbon Offsets, REC’s, CER’s, GoO’s, Biogas Certificates, Local Green Certificates products
- Work in Environmental markets worldwide
- Trade all products in the Environmental Credits market
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proof of a successful and profitable track record on a physical trading desk
- 5+ years’ experience in commodities trading and exposure to the relevant producers and end-users
- Strong knowledge of 1 or more niche commodity markets with a particular focus on physical trading, logistics & arbitrage
- Excellent communication skills
