A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Card Services Specialist in Kent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in the resolution of daily problems
- Processing member inquiries in timely manner
- Processing accounts in relation to adjustments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years of experience in the ATM/Debit or Credit Card Services field
- Experience working with Debit and Credit card regulations and transactions
- Ability to maintain thorough knowledge of all Card products and services offered
- Ability to maintain thorough knowledgeable of all vendors, systems and processes used
- Thorough knowledge of operating regulations associated with network gateways
