Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Cards and Payments Performance and Fraud Product Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to build great programs
  • Define the Product Operations support model for dedicated product areas within Financial Services Business
  • Manage and continue to build a team of Product Operations Managers embedded in the Cards and Payments Performance & Fraud product areas

Qualifications Include:

  • Have 2+ years of people management experience
  • Have experience in product operations, product management, or other discipline
  • Have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving experience with many stakeholders
  • Have partnered with product/engineering leaders to set the strategy of an overall group
  • Have a track record of leading and implementing projects throughout phases of software development
