• Provide exceptional service through various channels, acting as a single point of contact for member inquiries
• Educate members on benefit plans and guide them through their healthcare experience
• Resolve member complaints and ensure accurate documentation in relevant software

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of healthcare industry work experience
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
• 1+ year of telephonic verification of medical benefits
• Medical claims exposure, including ICD-9/10 coding and CPT coding
