Remote Care Agent Part-Time Ibotta Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Ibotta Care Agent in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Ibotta Savers via email tickets
• Investigate issues within the Ibotta app by reviewing account information and customer emails
• Work on special projects for leadership teams as needed and advocate for savers

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in providing world-class customer service
• Ability to work remotely, with previous remote work experience being a plus
• Technologically savvy with knowledge of Android and Apple devices
• Must be located in Nevada and be 18 years or older
• Access to reliable internet and own desktop or laptop computer with a working camera and microphone
