A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Care Business Planning Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and interpreting management reporting for the region
- Leading program pilots and projects in the region to verify impact on strategic business objectives
- Developing and implementing regional level culture and performance strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 30% of the time
- Demonstrated track record of operational success
- 8 - 10 years of significant customer service and call center operations experience
- Significant business analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent education experience
- Strong problem resolution skills
