A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Care Community Quality Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Performing Care Community quality audits processes
• Motivating teams to exceed goals and deliver outstanding results
• Acting as an influencer and motivator

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree: In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical, community health, or a tech-enabled healthcare space
• Proven success in quality improvement and process improvement
• Proficient personal computer skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
