Remote Care Coordination Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Forms Completion Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process tasks related to Care Coordination services with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient charts
• Track completed work and report any issues preventing job completion

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with health information management concepts and EHRs is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple programs and applications efficiently
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities in a remote capacity with reliable internet access
