Key Responsibilities

• Process assigned tasks related to Care Coordination services with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient charts
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with health information management concepts and EHRs is a plus
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to navigate multiple software programs efficiently
• Must have reliable internet access in a secure remote workspace
