Key Responsibilities

• Process tasks related to Care Coordination services with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Evaluate and electronically file medical documents into patient charts
• Track completed work and report any issues affecting job completion to management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with health information management concepts and EHRs is a plus
• Proficient in managing a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a remote capacity with reliable internet access
