Remote Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Care Coordinator will communicate with patients, manage clinical protocols, and monitor digital dashboards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicates with patients through digital platforms and manages clinical protocols
• Monitors dashboards and analytics to enhance the utilization of Smile Doctors Anywhere
• Provides troubleshooting and technical support to patients using digital applications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Three (3) years of clinical orthodontic or dental experience required
• One (1) year of technical support experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
• Intermediate knowledge of digital applications and customer service principles
