Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Management Care Coordinator for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and triage calls for clinical consultation
• Enter and maintain data in claims management systems
• Support case managers with various administrative tasks and client interactions

Required Qualifications:

• AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet
