Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for patients navigating their digestive health journey, the full-time Remote Care Coordinator will manage high-volume inbound communications across phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience while coordinating appointments and addressing patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own high-volume inbound patient and provider communication queues, responding quickly and professionally
  • Resolve patient inquiries in real time and coordinate appointments with various healthcare providers
  • Respond to billing and insurance questions, clearly explaining benefits and managing pharmacy inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of remote customer service experience, preferably in telehealth or digital health
  • Fluency in healthcare terminology and experience with health insurance navigation
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Athena Health
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with minimal supervision required
